It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jonathan Timothy Hennessy, son of Winnie Hennessy of Douglastown, NB (formerly of Blackville, NB), on November 16, 2021, at the age of 37.
Jonathan was born in Calgary, February 13th, 1984.

Besides his Mother he is survived by his Special Aunt Barbara Hennessy, Miramichi, Aunts Rosemary Hallihan (Murdock), Nora Slater, Bathurst, Uncles Michael Hennessy (Lubyca) Fredericton, Timmy Hennessy (Mag), Maple Glen, Patrick Hennessy (Kelly), Blackville
Cousins: Danielle Hennessy (Geoff) of Charlottetown, PEI, Jason Sturgeon (Karen) of Fredericton, Jaime Sturgeon (Nick), Katie Macrae (Tom) , Josh Hennessy (Sarah) Christine Hennessy, Leah Stockless, Brittany Hennessy, Aiden Hennessy and Goddaughter Lincoln Estey.

Jonathan was predeceased by his Grandparents John and Lillian Hennessy, Blackville. Cousins Jamie Sturgeon, Jillian Hallihan and Theresa Burns a longtime friend of the family.
Jonathan worked in Construction in Alberta for many years. Presently was employed with the Federal Payroll in Miramichi.

Jonathan will always be remembered for his wonderful wit, kindness and generosity. We love you and will forever have you in our hearts.

There will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held from the Sterling Bell Memorial Chapel on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at 11 AM with Father John Keoughan officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.

Please note: Mandatory Face Masks and Proof of Double Vaccination is required for the Funeral Service.
